A key highlight is nearly one hundred bayonets and fighting knives, including pieces from the renowned and published bayonet expert Björn Schöön’s collection. The selection spans everything from fine European sawback bayonets to modern knife bayonets.
The auction also features a remarkable group of Russian edged weapons, including a fine Model 1855 naval officer’s sabre, various silver-mounted kindjals, and a neatly preserved Model 1827 sawback fascine knife. Among the firearms, several rare examples stand out — such as a double-barreled needlefire pistol by Teschner-Collath, a Victor Colette gravity pistol in its case, and a pair of silver-plated cavalry pistols of exceptional quality, made by the Dutch Pentermann brothers around 1700.
