A Swedish classic. How else can one describe Wilhelm Kåge's Argenta ceramics? Presented at the Stockholm Exhibition in 1930, they were distinctly functionalist with thick walls but adorned with decorative silver painting reminiscent of the previous decades. The recipe was a success, and ten years after its launch, the so-called Argenta room was filled with around 30 employees. We can now see the results of that work at Karlstad Hammarö Auction House as they invite us to the Argenta theme!
Feel free to turn and examine vases, bowls, and lidded urns in a theme that features the color green and, of course, silver decor.
