In order to be able to request compensation for items damaged during transport, you must:

If you are collecting from one of our own collection points

• In connection with collection at the site, notify staff at the delivery point.
• Document (photograph) the damage. Items that are "taken home" without notifying the delivery point and without being documented will not be able to be compensated.

If you have chosen parcel delivery as a shipping alternative

• Report the transport damage and document (photograph) the damage, package and packing materials within 24 hours or no later than the next working day after receipt for us to handle the transport claim.

Remember to differentiate between whether the damage to the goods occurred during transport or whether it is a complaint / withdrawal of purchase.
