Description

The case back with label "H.J. CHARBONNIER, Naturalist, 23 TRIANGLE, BRISTOL", modelled in a naturalistic setting with stylised rocky outcrop, ferns and foliage, the ebonised case with glazed panels to the front and sides, 91.5cm wide, 25cm deep, 60.5cm high.

Condition

The two birds appear to be in good order with some light fading to plumage. Glass in good order, some scratches and marks to top, slight separation at the top edges, beading slightly loose to the top right hand corner, slight staining to back of case, chips and scuffs to case edges.
