Cynthia Countess Spencer, DCVO, OBE (1897-1972) wife of Albert Edward John (Jack) Spencer, 7th Earl Spencer, then by descent in family.

Some surface tarnishing and marks, hallmarks are clear to lower section of frame and pediment.
