Militaria, Medals & Coins

Welcome to our November Militaria, Medals and Coins auction with over 2,000 lots on offer.

The sale includes some wonderful lots and some exemplary collections. Be it cap badges, German helmets or medals, the collections in the sale are a testament to how fulfilling a lifelong passion for collecting can be. The Coleman collection of medals is a superb example of how rewarding medal collecting can be for the history enthusiast, and in the same way the Hughes collection of head-dress badges tells a very thorough story of the formation of the British Army.

Elsewhere there is a remarkable collection of six watercolours that shed light on a day in British history when three Victoria Crosses were awarded. At auction for the first time, these images are as close to a visual first-hand account of the action as we may ever see.

Whatever your collecting passion, we hope that something from this marvellous selection of lots will catch your eye!
