Dr. Gustafsson's uniform has a tow buckle in red for participation in the War of Independence.

Provenance: Doctor Harald Gustafson served as a volunteer doctor in Finland in 1940. On January 20, he came to Vörå, 4 miles northeast of Vasa, to become head of a temporary hospital in a folk high school.
Copies of several newspaper articles from 1940 are included which describe Harald Gustafson's efforts in Finland.
