Description

A large pair of jars with dome top lids and gilded finials, each painted with figures in conversation within a landscape scene, also painted with flowers against a pink ground and various gilded decoration. Both with 'AR mark in blue'. 36cms high. (2).

Condition

One jar, some wear to the finial and around the edge of the lid and to the rim where the lid sits, some wear to the footrim and a little gilding loss around the base of the jar.
