Edizioni del Cavallino, Venice, 1958. 8vo in a green cloth binding with red text and punched holes of various sizes on the front cover. Issued in 600 copies, 200 green, 200 orange and 200 yellow, of which this is no. 539. Designed as a folding leporello book with colophon and 2 p. text Giampiero Giano in Italian initially and then 13 mounted art plates.
