Fitzinger, Leopold-Joseph, Austrian zoologist, (1802-1884). Bilder-Atlas zur wissenschaftlich-populären Naturgeschichte der Amphibien in ihren sämmtlichen Hauptformen. Contains 200 images. Der Kaiserl. Königl. Hof- und Staatsdruckerei, Vienna, 1864. Large 4:oi an older ball binding with gilt spine text. (II), 107 colored lithographs and 2 black-and-white lithographs.
Provenance Richard Wahlgren, Lund.
Condition
Band rubbed and stained, but well held together and with reinforced inner folds. Some boards a little layer stained, one a little more. Lower corners with a little thumb impression.
