186. YVES SAINT LAURENT. SIGNED ORIGINAL DRAWING IN THE GUEST BOOK AND A NUMBER OF PHOTOGRAPHS.

Yves Saint-Laurent, French fashion designer, (1936-2008). A guest book in 4:o format bound in red morocco and with gilded cover lining. The guest book contains drawings and autographs from personalities who visited Gunnar Silverberg's legendary furniture and handicraft shop in central Malmö.
In October 1966, the world-famous fashion designer Yves Saint-Laurent visited Malmö, where Sydsvenska Dagbladet arranged a fashion show at the then Stadsteatern directed by Sonja Thulin. On that occasion, Yves Saint Laurent also visited the tasteful shop Silverbergs in Malmö where furniture and glass and porcelain were sold. In Gunnar Silverberg's guest book, Yves Saint-Laurent drew a classic mannequin image which he signed with his full name and dated le 15 Octobre 1966.
A lot of celebrities visited Silverbergs, so the book also contains autographs, and sometimes drawings, by Kåge Gimtell, the Göingeflickorna, Hans Alfredson, Christina Schollin, Yngve Gamlin (with drawing), Sonja Stjernquist, Jan Malmsjö, Brita Borg & Martin Ljung, Lasse Lönndahl, Pekka Langer, Lars Berghagen (who went broke there), Svend Asmussen, Ardy Strüwer (backwards with drawing), Brasse Brännström and the American actress Lauren Bacall and others. , some of which are difficult to interpret.
Included are seven black-and-white vintage photographs where Yves Saint-Laurent is mostly in the center. Some of them taken when Yves Saint-Laurent visited Bertil Silverberg's shop.
