On the evening of March 29, 1975, Karin and Mohamed Racim were murdered in the Algerian capital, Algiers. The murder was never solved and was judged to be a robbery-murder. Karin Racim, née Bondesson, was Swedish and married to the artist and writer Mohamed Racim. They lived in Algiers. The book offered for sale here - La vie Musulman d'hier by Mohammed Racim is dedicated to a Swedish couple by Karin and Mohamed Racim on December 20, 1961. The book comes with a documentation in Swedish and French of the course of events surrounding the murder and from the funeral in Algiers as well as a photo of the couple and a newspaper clipping from the time. The book is a stapled folio illustrated with mounted colored plates.
