The bikes have typically been stored for an extended period of time in police seizures, meaning tires often lack air -- we can't tell if this is due to a puncture or just poor air pressure.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the item prior to bidding, either by attending on site or by contacting us with specific questions. We do not accept complaints in retrospect due to defects or defects that were not stated before purchase.
