Dresden or Saxon carpenter's workshop, around 1740/1750. Blind wood in coniferous wood, veneer in walnut wood, inlays in plum wood. Fittings, drawer handles and hinges in brass. Writing furniture with a sloping desk flap on four high, S-shaped curved legs with hoofed feet. Front with three drawers. Inside open letter and filing compartments as well as stepped smaller drawers, two secret compartments. H. 127 cm, W. 97 cm, D. 58 cm. Opinion from Mrs. Dr. Gisela Haase is available.
