Renovated, parts replaced, neck/head stock with overspray and later tuning screws, fretboard binding with damage and screw holes after floating pickup, top with repairs, overspray and dry cracks, parts of binding top/sides replaced, sides with repaired cracks, newer bridge, very low string height with rattling in several places, not fully examined.
