Cassius Clay, American boxer (later Muhammad Ali), (1942-2016). Collectible picture from Hemmets Journal's 1960 collector's album when the young boxer won Olympic gold in light heavyweight at the Olympics in Rome. Likely the first ever collector's picture of the 18-year-old boxer. The picture has the number 23 in a red plastic album with a total of 73 photos of sports legends Complete. In addition to Cassius Clay Ingemar Johansson, Nils Liedholm, Nacka Skoglund, Herbert Dahlbom, Dan Waern Floyd Patterson and others. in. The image measures 70 mm. x. 45 mm. + white margins. All of these collectible images are always holed in the white margin, etc., in order to fit into the album without affecting the portraits. Printed text on the back. The collectible images were distributed with four depicted people at a time. Cassius Clay sits with walker John Ljunggren, sprinter Wilma Rudolph and Danish footballer Harald Nielsen. The back cover text states that Cassius Clay has no intention of becoming a professional boxer but wants to go to university to become an advertising cartoonist.
