Provenance: Olle Wallin (1934-2021), M.Sc., after graduating, worked at Svenska Handelsbanken and the construction company Beijers under Anders Wall. The interest in both books and plants was already in the family, both parents were both book-minded and had a great interest in nature. Olle Wallin's interest in books blossomed when he returned to Stockholm during the 1970s and he became a frequent visitor to the antiquarian book scene. Many trips in his work to especially the United States and Europe, were often combined with visits to antiquaries and auctions where he acquired many of his interesting works. .
