PROVENANCE:
On April 28, 1966, Bob Dylan and his band landed at Arlanda. Dylan was due to make his first appearance in Sweden on the Konserthuset stage the next evening. Dylan entered the Hotel Flamingo in Solna which today is called Park Inn.

The then 14 year old Peter Sahlin (musician) was autographed directly by Bob Dylan in Solna Centrum in April 1966.
Reportedly, the dialogue proceeded as follows:
- Can I have your autograph (PS)
Why? (BD)
- Why not? (PS)

After that, the signed booklet has been inherited within the family.

HISTORIAN:
Peter Sahlin (Sweden, b. 15/1 1952 d. 1/9 2018) was a bass player as well as playing double bass and electric bass (amplified bass) in various contexts.
He played on, among others, Eva Dahlgren's record “Is there anyone who cares about” in 1979 as well as the subsequent record in 1980. Sahlin also performed with Glenmarks, Eric Bibb, Py Bäckman, Pep's blood band.
