Erik Frost is a well-known knife maker from Mora in Dalarna, Sweden. He was born on June 11, 1853 and died on November 11, 1923. Frost was the son of a farmer and grew up in Mora. He began working as a blacksmith at an early age and learned the art of making knives and tools.

In 1891, Erik Frost founded his own workshop in Mora and began manufacturing his famous Mora knives. The Mora knife is a traditional Swedish-made knife with a characteristic design and quality that has become popular both in Sweden and internationally.

After Eriks Frost's death, Mora knife manufacturing continued through different generations of the Frost family.
