Description

Porcelain. 6 coffee cups with saucers and sugar bowl.

The Cobalt Net tableware is a classic porcelain tableware manufactured by the Lomonosov factory in Russia. The factory was first established in 1744 by Empress Elizabeth of Russia and has since produced high-quality porcelain with various design series. The tableware was created by the Lomonosov factory in St. Petersburg (formerly known as the Imperial Porcelain Factory) and was introduced in the 1940s.

The most characteristic feature of Cobalt Net is the deep cobalt blue color of the porcelain. The blue color scheme is combined with an intricate mesh and floral pattern that is hand painted in gold. The pattern extends over the entire tableware and creates a synergistic effect in serving that is hard to miss. The original design is based on 18th century Russian porcelain.
