INCUNABLE SHEET, 1459, from Gulielmus's "Rationale divinorum officiorum", printed by Johann Fust and Peter Schoeffer", Mainz, vellum, contains the end of reflections on the Easter season and the church's text selection for the days after.

Sheet dimensions approx. 21.5x15.5 cm Provenance: S Pottisman, Maggs Bros, London, from 1980 collection of John Ingels and thereafter by inheritance to the current owner John Ingels (1925-2016) acquired in the years 1960-1984 an extensive collection of writing fragments from antiquity, manuscripts and books. The majority of these have been used in an exhibition context.
