With the atlas with 13 lithographed plates. Printed in Berlingska Boktryckeriet, Lund, 1856. With Latin parallel text. 8vo in an elegantly bound red half French binding with gilt spine text on black morocco label and sparse gilt spine decoration, gold lined, marbled covers and blue endpapers. Covers bound together. Bound by Arne Nilsson, Hässleholm. VI, 41 p., (I) + 4 fold-out tables and p. 43-240, (IV) + Atlas for zoological studies with 13 lithographs.
The fine lithographs were executed by F. Boucart in Paris and lithographed by the Bequet brothers.

Condition
Band in good condition. The bound covers a little sunken. A couple of passages in the insert with bearing stains. Some lithographs uniformly slightly toned.
