Adolf Johanssons förlag, Stockholm, 1889 and Gernandts Boktryckeri.--AB, Stockholm 1891 and for the third part Förlagsaktiebolaget Iduna, Stockholm, 1904. This is the second revised and augmented edition with 67 illustrations. Three parts in two different bindings. The first two in a large well bound 8vo volume with gilt spine text on red label and rich spine gilt as well as marbled and gold lined covers and decorated endpapers. The third part in a large 8vo volume in a rather later light brown half-morocco binding with gilt text and sparse gilt decoration on the back and marbled covers. Covers bound together.VIII, (IV), 748 p. + plates + VII, 170 p. , (VI) Supplement Sheet. + (II), 666 p. (I) + plates.
