Snoilsky writes: The Swedes break into the Russian entrenchments, where a wild scuffle takes place. In the fund Narva and Ivanogorod. To the right, in the foreground, Carl XII on horseback, with a drawn sword in his hand, before whom the Russian generals lay down their swords. At the top, among the clouds, Carl XII's portrait surrounded by allegorical figures in an oval frame, to which are attached small medallion images of the three allied monarchs.
