Wooden case with walnut veneer. The rectangular body, domed on three sides, with a hinged flat lid on ball feet. The inscription 'Polyphon' in a marquetry frame. Ebonized edges. Lithography on the inside of the lid. Comb. plates are missing. HxWxD: 16 x 27 x 25.5 cm.
