Richly illustrated with reproductions of Matisse's works, some of which are in color. 200 p. including the posters.
With a nice and extensive dedication with a blue ink pen on the front page: "To the rare fairies Karin, Maja and Viola Johansson with thanks and heartfelt greetings from Björn's father Isaac Grünewald. Christmas 1944."Grünewald was a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts 1932-1942. He lived in Paris 1908-1911 where he studied painting at Matisse art school.
