19th century, the back panels carved and pierced with birds amongst scrolling leaves with spindle turnings between, flanked by stylised leaf carved cylindrical uprights, the solid seat within carved rails, on carved square section, turned, lobed and fluted legs, 46cm wide x 48cm deep x 71cm high.

Condition

Knocks, marks, scratches, wear and stains, elements of carving missing from the top of the centre section of the back, uneven colour on the seat.
