Description

The case with brass eagle finial above scrolling swan-neck cornice above columns, waisted trunk, cutaway plinth base, the 12" arched painted signed dial with subsidiary seconds dial and calendar aperture, supporting twin train movement on a false plate marked "Walker ...", striking on a bell, 223cms high overall (2 weights, movement scratch-built carrying frame and pendulum).

Condition

Dial with old restoration. Case cleaned.
