If you combine the currents of mid-last-century Paris, studies at Konstfack and Grünewald's painting school, a great deal of colour and an expressive idiom with few Swedish equivalents, you have the main ingredients of Bengt Lindström's artistic practice.
Norrlands Auktionsverk presents three samples of just that. And as if that were not enough, further treasures bearing Lindström's unmistakable signature are also on offer. The acrylic "Omfamning" is Bengt Lindström without (!) colour, the sculpture "Y:et" is the same Lindström in three dimensions, and the pendant in a limited edition is executed in silver.
