When it comes to the history of Danish porcelain, Jens Peter Dahl-Jensen is without doubt one of the most influential figures. He was born in Nibe in 1874 and, at the age of 20, enrolled at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. During his final years at the Academy, he became associated with Bing & Grøndahl, where he quickly made a name for himself. In 1925, he established his own studio, and it is from this very source that Bidstrup Auktioner has gathered the 20 lots featured in this theme.
