Once again, we throw open the doors to Retrohemmet, our popular theme featuring items from the era when home interior design took a significant leap forward. This period was marked by a curiosity and experimentation with new technology and materials, resulting in an aesthetic characterized by color, form, and function.
A prime example of this is Eero Saarinen's iconic Tulip Chair, where molded plastic, fiberglass, and metal come together in an elegant, swivel design—check out lot #3613976. Inside the teak cabinet, you'll find Berndt Friberg's ceramic pieces and Helena Tynell's "Sun Bottle" (#3675039) in glass, which shines alongside Hans-Agne Jakobsson's candle holders, while Gert Nyström's “Festival” pendant lamp reigns above.
