Hans Blomqvist's passion for 1950s and 1960s music has been an important part of his life for over 30 years. During that same period, he has built up an extensive collection and visited countless record fairs across the country in search of new finds and long-awaited records.
His greatest idol has always been Elvis Presley, an interest that took Hans all the way to Graceland on two separate occasions. But Jerry Williams has also held a special place in his heart.
In 1992, Hans got to experience something truly extraordinary. His wife Marianne wanted to surprise him and took the initiative to arrange a TV program in which Hans, over the course of three days, got to follow his great idol Jerry Williams. The result was a memorable feature on the TV program "7 till 9" - an experience that remains one of the strongest memories of his long musical journey.
