Colour comes to the walls as Skånes Auktionsverk presents Yara Art Collection. International fine art prints are interspersed with open Scanian landscapes in oil.
The auction's star lots are two in number. The first is Alexander Calder's substantial lithograph Loops and Spheres in his characteristically vivid colours. The second is a composition by Serge Poliakoff that radiates abstract power from the School of Paris.
Alongside these, a range of well-known names are represented, and reigning as the most exquisite of solitaires is a just over 30 cm tall vase in sterling silver by Wiwen Nilsson.
