Selected by Thörner & Ek presents a concentrated mix of colour and form, art and design, antique and modern. A Clam chair stands beneath a landscape by Ludwig Munthe. Stig Lindberg's Månfisken is shown beside two lithographs by Jan Håfström that are precisely as Håfströmesque as one could wish. And the table is set with Meissen porcelain. Should something be drunk, a sign on the wall informs us that the drink of choice is Pommac, to be enjoyed "Väl avkyld" – well chilled. Jenny Nyström gives us a summer's day, Bengt Lindström "Trollets lek" and Salvador Dalí "Vision of the Angel". Add to this a pair of fine grandfather clocks, a wristwatch from Omega, silver cutlery and a pipe bowl, and you have the introduction to Selected by Thörner & Ek.
