Vänersborg has added a touch of gold to everyday life and served up nearly forty selected items as suggestions for gifts during the Christmas season — and for New Year’s, for that matter. A small wrapped parcel on the last day of the year is hardly likely to cause any harm.
In one of the auction house’s display cases, rings, bracelets, and earrings sparkle and shine. There we also find an exclusive Rolex Oyster Perpetual, and who knows — perhaps that’s where Kay Bojesen’s classic monkey has settled down for a moment of relaxation.
The theme also includes a few treats from Hermès, a 48 (!) cm figurine from the 250th-anniversary Royal Copenhagen collection, and a few other pieces that easily fall under the heading Gifts with a Golden Touch.
