Many of you have probably chuckled at his comic strips and speech bubbles. Lars Lindh drew cartoons for Smålänningen, Året Runt, and—perhaps most famously—Expressen, where he had his big breakthrough.
At Stockholms Auktionsverk Sickla, we now encounter Lars Lindh as a visual artist. And in that role, he steps outside the (pardon the pun!) boxed-in world of comics, embracing a much more expressive style, rich in color—at times even approaching the fully abstract.
