Stockholms Auktionsverk Globen takes us back to the Stone, Bronze, and Iron Ages, to a time when toolmaking was new and when axes, spears, and Thor's Hammers were part of everyday life. A double-edged battle axe from the late Funnel Beaker culture is one of the highlights of the theme. The same goes for a chest ornament in the form of a twisted chain with animal heads. Particularly worth noting is the firesteel from the late Viking Age with a so-called Jelling loop.
