Gocken Jobs cluster of mushrooms is probably the auction's most unusual object. But the competition is actually surprisingly stiff, as Stockholms Auktionsverk Magasin 5 has really pushed the boundaries in the theme Ceramics and offers quite a number of unexpected pieces. From Lena Andersson's studio come three scarab beetles, Hildur Haggård is represented by a very fine cat – take a look at that expression! – and then there is a Beata wearing one of those dresses that collectors consider to be something rather out of the ordinary.
And then of course – ceramics by Wilhelm Kåge, Gunnar Nylund, Hertha Bengtsson, Stig Lindberg and Berndt Friberg.
All in all, just over 60 lots are presented.
A warm welcome!
