White enamel dial with gold hands. Spider corridor. Diameter 45.5 mm.
HISTORY: Andreas Bengtsson Hessén was born in Hesse village, Stora Tuna in 1745. "Apprenticed in Falun in 1766, settled in Paris, where he was granted a bursary in 1775, appointed around 1783 as "Horloger de Monsieur", court watchmaker for the king's younger brother." Condition
The hinge on the movement has come loose on one side. Loose glass. Minute hand slightly bent and with repair. Wear and minor defects.
