Selected by Thörner & Ek is a refreshing collection of selected objects from several centuries. Modern prints mix with antique furniture, classical painting alternates with jewelry, and Scandinavian lighting art is blended with both wristwatches and sculptures.
Among the highlights are a Rococo chandelier, Bengt Lindström’s “Trollets lek” (“The Troll’s Play”), and a Gustavian corner sofa by Johan Erik Höglander.
Alongside those mentioned above, the sale offers several prints by Jan Håfström, Swedish silver, Japanese woodblock prints, a charming little Jenny Lindström, modern furniture, and a little police chief from Moominvalley.
