Carl Arthur Percy (surname Carlsson until 1906) was a Swedish artist and designer, primarily known for his significant contributions to Swedish ceramics and glass design. He was a prominent figure in the Swedish applied arts community during the early to mid-20th century.

Percy served as the artistic director at Gefle Porcelain Factory, where he was instrumental in revamping their design aesthetic. His work there, and later at other glassworks like Gullaskruf, showcased his clean, functionalist approach to design, which was very much in line with the broader Scandinavian design ethos of simplicity, functionality, and minimalism.
In ceramics, Arthur Percy developed new glazes and shapes, contributing to a modern Swedish ceramic style. His designs often featured soft, rounded forms and a subtle use of colour, making them distinct yet timeless. His glass designs also reflected a clear, minimalist aesthetic, focusing on the functionality and aesthetic appeal of everyday objects.
