In order to be able to request compensation for items damaged during transport, you must:

• In connection with collection, notify the delivery point.
• Document (photograph) the damage. Items that are "taken home" without notifying the delivery point and documented will not be able to be replaced.
• If you have chosen parcel delivery as a shipping alternative, you must report the transport damage and document (photograph) the damage within 24 hours or no later than the next working day after receipt for the insurance to apply.

Remember to differentiate between whether the damage to the goods occurred during transport or whether it is a complaint / withdrawal of purchase.
