Labeled under table & chair, Merci Vistitate, 4726, Dogana Italiana, esposizione internazionale d'Arte della Citta di Venezia 1912, 1144.

Carved motifs of aquatic animals and plants, such as fish, crabs, seaweed, starfish on both tables and chairs.

In an email conversation with the Venice Biennale, there are tables & chairs depicted in a photograph from 1912 in the Swedish pavilion, there should also be information in their register on site in Italy.

Table diameter approx. 159 cm, height approx. 75 cm.

Back height of the chairs 88.5 cm, seat height approx. 45 cm, seat depth approx. 53 cm.

Condition

Wear, discoloration on armrests and details. A seat with holes in leather and part of the padding.
