Batavorum (Leiden), 1631- First Elzevier edition. 16:o in a contemporary parchment band with older handwritten back title. Illustrated with a copper stucco title page and 7 foldable copper engravings, which is quite unusual for Elzevier prints. (IV), 506 pp. , (XVIII + the copperstick. Store in a leather-shod cassette.

The band a bit tarnished, but a well cohesive band in good condition. Older signature on front
the inside of the binder. Fresh inlay and the copper stick in good condition. Small paper loss in outer margin of p. 499/500 with no text loss.
