No. 134 of the bibliophile edition's 200 copies in this binding and printed on luxury printing paper from Grycksbo Pappersbok and with an accompanying globe portfolio with gilt text and decoration containing 24 sketch sheets specially selected for this purpose and printed in light printing at Esselte Aktiebolag. Illustrated in black and white in the text by Bertil Bull Hedlund. 341 p., (II). Together 2 vol.
