Palsgaard Kunstauktioner warmly welcomes us to November Selected – and they do so with distinction.
Over 170 lots fill a catalogue that offers more of what Palsgaard has so generously accustomed us to: Danish furniture design (of course), Scandinavian lighting, ceramics, bronzes, paintings and prints – and even a melamine table service that must be among the coolest you could possibly set on a table.
Among the auction’s highlights are a set of chairs by Kai Kristiansen, an archive cabinet by Arne Jacobsen and Flemming Lassen designed for Søllerød Town Hall, silver cutlery by Johan Rohde, and a bowl by Pablo Picasso. And finally – Finn Juhl’s dining table in rosewood and brass, produced by Bovirke in the 1950s.
